Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on floral arrangements, plants, or other perishable items. However, your satisfaction is important to us, so if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your flowers or plants arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photos of the issue to evaluate and resolve it promptly.
To report an issue, email us at management@flowerboidetroit.com. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to their perishable or custom nature:
- Fresh flowers and floral arrangements
- Live plants
- Personalized or custom-designed arrangements
- Perishable add-ons (e.g., chocolates, fruits, etc.)
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Special Circumstances
If your flowers or plants fail to meet your expectations for reasons unrelated to damage or defects (e.g., color or size preferences), please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to accommodate your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
